1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all contracts, orders and service engagements between you (“Customer”) and Fan Celeb Talk Inc., 6123 124 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5W 1G8, Canada (Business Number: 812-547-936), operating at fancelebtalk.com.

2. Services

Fan Celeb Talk provides digital media services including finance news analysis, celebrity interviews, newsletters, and subscription content. The precise scope of work is set out in your subscription plan details or order confirmation.

3. Contract Formation

You subscribe online via our website or by emailing contact@fancelebtalk.com. A binding contract is formed when we send you a written confirmation of your chosen plan.

4. Prices & Payment

All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment terms and renewal dates are specified in your confirmation. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.

5. Liability & Warranty

We endeavour to provide accurate information but make no guarantees as to outcomes of financial decisions. Liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount you have paid for the service in the past 12 months. We exclude liability for any indirect or consequential losses.

6. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and usage rights in articles, analyses, images, and other deliverables remain with Fan Celeb Talk Inc. unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any reproduction or distribution requires our prior consent.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are governed by:

• Cancellation within 14 days of subscription start: Full refund.
• Cancellation 15–30 days after start: 50% refund of the first month’s fee.
• Cancellation after 30 days: No refund for the current billing period.

Processing time: Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

How to request a refund: Submit your request in writing to contact@fancelebtalk.com, quoting your subscription reference. We will review and confirm within 5 business days.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
